Convene an advisory meeting to evaluate how assays and best practices developed in the context of the NIH Common Fund Science of Behavior Change and other related NIH activities could be incorporated into the design of primary prevention trials or for clinical trials targeting risk factors associated with increased risk of AD and AD-related dementias.
Generate recommendations that would guide the inclusion of behavioral target engagement assays and best practices in NIH-supported prevention and treatment trials for AD and AD-related dementias.
Use results to inform the design of mid-life prevention trials in populations with high levels of behavioral/health profile AD risk.
