Success Criteria
- Support at least two initiatives to promote career development and retention of AD/ADRD scientists from diverse backgrounds, including midcareer through senior levels.
- At least one initiative to expand AD/ADRD career development resources and opportunities, including by promoting equity in representation of diverse scholars at all levels.
