Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Research Implementation Milestone Database

The Alzheimer's Disease and AD-Related Dementias (AD+ADRD) Research Implementation Milestones represent a research framework detailing specific steps and success criteria towards the development of effective treatments for AD+ADRD. Spanning basic, translational, clinical and health services research, the AD+ADRD Research Implementation Milestones were developed based on recommendations from over 350 leading academic and industry experts, innovators and public advocates participating at recent strategic research planning summits.

The AD+ADRD Research Implementation Milestone Database links users to information on initiatives and activities funded by the NIH and other funding organizations to specific milestones aimed at collectively achieving the goal of the National Plan to Address Alzheimer's: to treat and prevent Alzheimer's by 2025 and inform the development of the annual NIH Alzheimer's Disease Bypass Budget.
