In this week's video blog, Joy Toliver of NIA's Office of Small Business Research (OSBR), discusses how the NIH Applicant Assistance Program (AAP) can help companies and technology entrepreneurs navigate the NIH grant application process as they seek funding to support research and development to turn their ideas into innovations to help older adults.

NIA is one of the eight NIH Institutes participating in the AAP, a 10-week coaching program designed to assist small businesses in preparing a phase 1 application for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
