Whealthcare: The Intersection of Wealth and Health Website
This project promotes ideas and advocacy for improving and safeguarding the financial health and well-being of older adults, especially those with cognitive difficulties such as mild cognitive impairment and dementia. Jason Karalwish, MD, introduced the concept of Whealthcare in a 2015 Forbes column titled, "Why Bankers, Financial Analysts and Doctors Need to Start Working Together," and he has testified before Congress on this subject. A 2017 Whealthcare conference was sponsored by the Penn Memory Center and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
