Slide Presentation on Dementia in the American Indian Community

"Dementia Awareness" is a 16-slide presentation from the Stanford Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC). The presentation summarizes the limited research information available to date on dementia in the American Indian community and describes how Stanford ADRC partnered with the Latino community to raise awareness and recruit participants for research. The presentation concludes with an invitation to the American Indian community to create a similar partnership to raise awareness and increase American Indian participation in dementia research.
