Chapters include: The Memory Loss Journey, My Diagnosis, My Next Steps, My Medical Care, My Daily Life, My Relationships and Activities, My Strengths, Support for Care Partners, My Community, My Plans for the Future, and Stepping Forward. Information about clinical trials is included in the Appendix. An 11-page version is available in Spanish.
