Enhancing Minority Participation in Clinical Trials (EMPaCT) is a website to recruit and retain racial/ethnic minorities into therapeutic clinical trials to reduce cancer-related health disparities. Resources include training courses, resource reviews, and training videos. Examples include the documents, "Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards," "Cultural Factors Affecting Minority Recruitment," "Effective Communication between Researchers and Participants," and "Cultural Competency."
