The Community Outreach Program at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center offers a multilingual and multicultural team dedicated to improving the quality of health care for vulnerable communities in San Francisco around issues related to brain health, cognitive impairment, assessment and management, and dementia prevention. Materials are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. The page includes a 7-minute video "Expanding Efforts into Underrepresented Populations in the Bay Area."
