Third Geroscience Summit will be held November 4-5, 2019
The third Geroscience Summit, organized by the trans-NIH Geroscience Interest Group (GSIG), will provide a forum for novel interactions between disease-focused professional societies and foundations, and the community of researchers and practitioners of geroscience. The aim of the Summit is to draw the attention of researchers and professional societies focused on specific age-related diseases to the emerging field of geroscience and its potential role in combating those diseases.
This Summit is hosted by the National Institutes of Health and is made possible through federal funding from the National Institute on Aging and private sector contributions to the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH). The summit will take place at the National Institutes of Health’s William H. Natcher Building (Building #45) on November 4 & 5, 2019, in Bethesda, MD. The summit is free and open to the public. It will also be live streamed by videocast.
