These tips may help you lower your risk for heart disease and osteoporosis and keep you healthy.

  • Eat a healthy diet.
  • Get enough calcium and vitamin D.
  • Be physically active.
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Don't smoke or use tobacco products.
