This study will examine the effect of blueberry consumption on cognitive decline and body composition in older adults with mild cognitive decline. The investigators hypothesize that participants who consume blueberries will experience an improvement in cognitive abilities, as measured by a standardized battery of tests, compared with those who consume a placebo. They may also show an increase in processing speed, an improvement in memory abilities, an improvement in body composition, and a decrease in oxidative stress and inflammation.
