Cleveland Clinic Healthy Brains Registry
The purpose of the Healthy Brains Registry is to build a community of people interested in brain health clinical research and to advance knowledge of brain health using data collected in the registry.

Participants complete a questionnaire about their age, gender, lifestyle, and medical and family history, and are invited to take an optional memory test, which generates a personalized Brain Health Index. A confidential report, including customized recommendations to maintain and improve brain health, will be sent to the participant's email address. Participants can indicate an interest in learning about future clinical studies, news, and events. The Healthy Brains website also provides brain health information, tools, and resources in both English and Spanish.
