Mediterranean Diet to Prevent Cognitive Decline

What Is This Study About?

This study will determine whether older adults with normal cognition, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease can adhere to a Mediterranean diet.

Do I Qualify To Participate in This Study?

Minimum Age: 65 Years

Maximum Age: N/A

Must have:

  • Study partner, if diagnosed with MCI or Alzheimer's disease 
  • Body mass index of 20-35
  • English as a primary language

Must NOT have:

  • Serious medical risk
  • Specialized diet regimes
  • Existing Mediterranean diet
