Andrea GRIFFIN-MANN
Biography
Andrea Griffin-Mann is a program analyst for the Office of Special Populations. In her position she provides support to the Director of Special Populations. She organizes the Butler-Williams Scholars Program, formerly known as Summer Institute on Aging Research. She coordinates other NIA Office of Special Populations-related activities and has taken the lead organizing a series of grants technical assistance webinars. She has over 25 years of experience working in training management and coordinating departmental and organizational level conferences, national and regional workshops, and meetings. She joined NIA in 2008 and holds degrees in Communication and Sociology from American University in Washington, D.C.
