Chelsea DINNENY

Biography

Chelsea Dinneny is a Program Analyst in the Office of Strategic Extramural Programs (OSEP) at NIA. She supports the office in coordinating meetings, travel, conference attendance, and NIA-wide committees and working groups as well as conducting outreach with small businesses, particularly women-owned and socioeconomically disadvantaged businesses, to connect them with NIA resources.

Prior to joining OSEP, Chelsea was a Pathways Fellow, during which she undertook training in portfolio analysis, various NIH electronic modules, government travel systems and processes, and contracting, She pursued a double major at the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating in 2021 with a B.A. in psychology and government and politics.
