Biography
Dr. Qinghua Chen received his Ph.D. in Molecular biology from Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine (CAPM, Beijing, China) in 1996. Dr. Chen joined Dr. Josephine Egan lab in NIH/NIA/IRP/LCI in May 2014. His duty focus on providing high quality scientific and technical support of research activities including:1) Collecting and storing samples and performing assays to measure insulin, adiponectin, IL-6, IL-6SR, CRP for BLSA study (NIA Study #: 2003-076). 2) Performing ELISA to measure C-peptide, Insulin and ultrasensitive insulin, Glucagon, IAPP, GIP, GLP-1 etc. for collabrate researchers inside and outside NIA, NIH.
