Robin ARNETTE

Biography
Robin Arnette, Ph.D., is a science writer-editor in the Media Relations Branch at the NIA Office of Communications and Public Liaison (OCPL). She joined NIH in 2006 as a science writer-editor in OCPL at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Her previous experience also includes serving as writer-editor for the Minority Scientists Network and Science’s Next Wave, currently Science Careers, at AAAS in Washington, D.C., and as a medical science editor at Education and Training Systems International in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Dr. Arnette earned a B.S. in Biology from South Carolina State University, an M.A.T. in Secondary Education-Biology from Winthrop University, and a Ph.D. in Biology, specializing in Biochemical and Molecular Parasitology, from the University of Toledo. She also completed a Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center Fellowship at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill. She joined NIA April 2022.
