Publications Orders

We don’t have a system for setting up a regular account.  But, we do try and make it as easy as possible for you to let us know if you need additional copies of any of our publications.  Just call 1-800-222-2225 or send an email to niaic@nia.nih.gov .  This allows us to check our inventory to make sure we have the copies you need.

We do not ship to addresses outside the United States. However, all our materials are online, and international users can print copies from the website as needed.

We do need a street address for any bulk request for materials. A bulk request is defined as any order of more than 25 copies.

You can order up to 15 different publication titles in a  single order. If you want to order more than 15 different titles, you can either send us several orders or call 1-800-222-2225 (toll-free).

Various settings for your computer or maintenance of our system may interfere with online ordering. If you think there is a problem with your online publication order, please call 1-800-222-2225 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.—5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).  NIA’s Information Center team will be glad to help.

NIA Information Center staff will work with you to get materials sent to you quickly if needed for an event. If you have a FedEx account, you can have your items delivered overnight. Call the Information Center at 1-800-222-2225 to arrange for expedited delivery.

Generally, your publications will be delivered about 4 weeks after you place your order.

No, we do not charge for individual shipping. However,for bulk publications orders, we do appreciate your help in defraying our costs by asking that your use your FedEx account to cover shipping.

Depending on our inventory, you can order up to 25 copies of a single publication online. If you need more copies of a publication—for a health fair, exhibit, or large family gathering—just let us know by calling 1-800-222-2225 or sending an email to niaic@nia.nih.gov. If we have available copies, we will be happy to meet your need.
