ORRD coordinates and implements initiatives related to research data and resources.  The office manages cooperative agreements such as the Health and Retirement Study [2], grants such as The National Archive of Computerized Data on Aging [3] and all Interagency Agreements.  ORRD also serves as the administrative site for the Federal Interagency Forum on Aging Related Statistics [4] that encourages cooperation among Federal agencies responsible for the collection, analysis, development and dissemination of data on the aging population.
