NHPCO is a nonprofit, membership organization working to enhance the quality of life for individuals who are terminally ill and advocating for people in the final stage of life. In addition, the organization offers Caring Connections (http://www.caringinfo.org [1]), providing resources and information to help people make decisions about end-of-life care and services, including care planning, caregiving, pain, financial issues, hospice, palliative care, grief, and loss.
