Based in Washington, D.C., the NCST is a partnership of Easter Seals Inc. and the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging. Staff from NCST answer questions about ADA rights and responsibilities, direct callers to additional resources, and help members of the aging services and transportation communities address diverse accessibility issues.
