Just what your fitness center, senior center, or doctor’s office ordered! This 18” x 26” full-color poster reminds older adults about the benefits of exercise and provides information about NIA’s Go4Life website [1].

Copies of this free poster may be ordered as part of the Go4Life exercise and physical activity campaign for older adults. The poster shows a large photo of a bicyclist and smaller photos illustrating the four types of exercise—endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.
