Go4Life® exercise campaign celebrates successful first year

Go4Life, NIA’s national exercise and physical activity campaign for older adults had a very productive first year. Launched in October, 2011, the campaign encourages Americans 50+ to fit exercise and physical activity into daily life. Go4Life offers exercises, motivational tips, safety information, and free resources for health professionals and the public. Go4Life has added:
- 28 new Go4Life Team Member organizations, bringing us to a total of 67
- 2,600+ registered users of MyGo4Life
- 1,600+ Twitter followers
- 20 new tip sheets
- 6 free motivational e-cards
- Audiobook version of the Exercise Guide
- 44 new success stories
